About Valerie
With over 20 years of nursing experience and 16 years dedicated to advancing Photobiomodulation (PBM) as both an educator and practitioner, Valerie has seen firsthand how this groundbreaking therapy reshapes outcomes in cognitive health, disease management, musculoskeletal recovery, athletic performance, and overall wellness.
Her expertise in dosing principles, honed through decades of hands-on experience and collaboration with health professionals, has enabled her to develop science-driven protocols that translate research and the physics principles of light into practical applications.
PBM utilizes precise wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair, enhance mitochondrial efficiency, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing—offering a non-invasive solution that bridges clinical care and proactive health optimization.
As the field evolves, Valerie will strive to remain at the forefront of innovation, exemplified by my recent ASLMS-accepted abstract on transcranial PBM for neurodegenerative diseases, which highlights its potential to unlock new frontiers in neurological care, pain management, and athletic recovery. By merging clinical rigor with accessible methods, Valerie strives to empower both professionals and individuals with safe, effective tools to achieve their peak health potential.
