Treatment Experience
Hydrogen inhalation is simple, non-invasive, and requires minimal patient effort. Here is what a typical treatment session looks like:
Delivery Method: Patients breathe H₂ gas through a comfortable mask or nasal cannula connected to a hydrogen generator. No needles. No medications. No complex preparation.
Concentration Used: Most published clinical studies use between 2% and 4% H₂ gas, which is well below the 4%–74% flammability range. At therapeutic concentrations, H₂ is completely safe and non-toxic.
Speed of Action: Because H₂ is the smallest gas molecule known, it penetrates all tissues — including the brain — within minutes of inhalation.
Patient Comfort: The gas is colorless and odorless. Most patients report no sensation during inhalation. Sessions are typically relaxing and may be combined with other wellness modalities.
